Accessibility statement
We want the Cliff House website, venue and events to be as welcoming and usable as reasonably possible.
Using this website
The website is designed to work on phones, tablets and desktop computers, support keyboard navigation, allow browser zoom and provide readable colour contrast and meaningful headings. We aim to provide text alternatives for informative images and clear labels for forms and links.
Known limitations
Some older event posters, historical images, linked documents or content supplied through third-party services may not yet be fully accessible. Where a visual item contains important information, please contact us and we will provide the information in another format where reasonably possible.
Venue access and reasonable adjustments
Access needs vary by event and room. Please contact the organiser shown on the event page, or email [email protected], as early as possible to discuss step-free access, seating, assistance, communication needs or another reasonable adjustment. We will consider requests individually and explain what can be arranged.
Alternative formats and reporting a problem
If you need information in a different format, or find an accessibility problem, email [email protected] or call 01548 844704. Tell us the page or event, what you need and how we can contact you. We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days.
