How it works

Simple to join, careful behind the scenes

Apply online

Scan the QR code on printed material and complete the online application form, or apply online at https://www.cliffhousesalcombe.com/200-club/apply/.

Set up payment

Once you receive your acknowledgement email, set up a standing order for £5.00 per month per ticket, payable to Cliff House Trust Limited. Full payment details will be included in the acknowledgement email.

Receive your tickets

Each £5.00 monthly subscription gives you one ticket, which will be allocated automatically after payment has been received and reconciled. You may purchase more than one ticket, and the available options are shown on the application form.

Monthly draw

The draw takes place at 9.00am on the first day of each month and can be watched live online at https://www.cliffhousesalcombe.com/200-club/draw-room/. To enter that month’s draw, your subscription must be received by the 25th day of the previous month.

Prizes every month

1st Prize: 25% of that month’s subscription income. 2nd Prize: 15% of that month’s subscription income. 3rd Prize: 10% of that month’s subscription income. The remaining 50% supports Cliff House Trust Limited (registered charity number: 1146359).

Winners

Winners will be notified by email. Cliff House Trust Limited will then arrange payment of any prize won.

Responsible play

The 200 Club is a lottery and a form of gambling. Players must be 16 or over. Please only join at a level that feels comfortable; responsible gambling support is available from GambleAware.

Records

Lottery returns, draw packs, ticket registers, and regulatory evidence are normally kept for three years from the draw. Payment reconciliation, prize payments, and other accounting records are kept for six years after the relevant financial year. Unpaid or cancelled applications are normally removed after 12 months unless a complaint, legal hold, or regulatory enquiry requires longer.
